Cleanroom technology
We have dedicated cleanrooms for creating medically clean plastic mouldings. Medical Moulded Products Ltd set very high standards, so we can make sure that our plastic mouldings are as clean as possible, before we pack and ship them. We use three monitored class 7 cleanrooms and two monitored class 5 cleanrooms. All cleanrooms are tested weekly with a calibrated particle counter and record and monitor the results.
We arrange external validation every 12 months and leave our cleanrooms in operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in order to maintain the cleanest possible environment.
