Equipped with the Keyence CL-3000 depth sensing equipment along with the CV-X series vision system, Medical Moulded Products are able to measure objects with high precision to ensure that they are within specification. This is extremely important to guarantee consistent quality of manufactured parts throughout the entire production run.
The CL-3000 allows us to measure depth, which combined with measurements taken from the CV-X series vision system, gives us the capability to calculate precise volume measurements.
The CV-X series vision system uses advanced cameras and processing hardware to calculate dimensions by measuring down to the pixel level.
